Steve and I have been in such a dinner rut lately. We are really trying harder to do a better job of meal planning, but it’s hard to do with both of us working. Then, one day, in a rare moment that caught both us home before the dinner hour, The Pioneer Woman popped up on the TV. She was making one of her 16-minute meals. 16 minutes! We can do that! So off we ran to get our super easy ingredients. I love a recipe that involves easy-to-remember-when-you’re-on-your-way-home-from-work ingredients! We’ve only made two of her recipes so far, but both have become fast favorites. Both of these meals are fun and super easy to play around with. I love how The Pioneer Woman cooks…nothing too measured out…it gives me such a false feeling of confidence in the kitchen!
